THE MINI BRAND SUITE TERMS OF SERVICE
By signing this agreement, you ("Client") have agreed to retain The Alchemy of Design ("Service Provider") to proceed with logo design services under the week-long design package known as The Mini Brand, and agree to the terms and conditions as outlined in this agreement.
Client Responsibility:
Complete the brand questionnaire form prior to the 20-minute strategy call.
Create a Pinterest inspiration board.
Book the 20-minute strategy call prior to the Monday commencement date.
Deliverables:

Typographic logo and logo mark
Curated font and colour palette
One branded asset
Social media template
Print and digital files
Brand guidelines
Feedback:
Feedback on designs must be submitted ideally on the day but within a 24-36 hour period. Failure to provide feedback within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of the booking, and no further design work will be undertaken. Consequently, you will be forfeiting your payment for the project, and no refunds will be issued.
Revisions and Concept Branding:
One concept will be designed for the project; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with the delivered design concept, additional logo design concepts can be purchased at €250 per concept, and extra revisions can be availed at €150 per revision.
Revisions include changes to colour, font, and proportions of the logo but typically do not involve changing the concept of the logo itself. We will then move into the refinement process, further fine-tuning the logo to meet your satisfaction.
Payments:
Payment for these services will be to Service Provider at the rate of €1900 per weekly slot and will be due at the time of booking this service. Client may choose to alternatively pay a 50% deposit, and pay the balance 3 days prior to the commencement of the booked date.
Any expenses exclusive of normal overhead are not included in this agreement and will be billed separately. Examples of such expenses are: stock images, premium font licenses, and 3rd party application services.
The results of any and all work performed by Service Provider for Client, including original creative work, will remain the property of the Client. The client may use this material in any way deemed appropriate.
Payment Plan:
If the Client chooses to opt for a payment plan, the following terms will apply:
Payment Structure:
Four (4) payments of €475 will be made on the same date every month for four (4) consecutive months.
Ownership of Copyright:
Ownership of all copyrights to the brand design will only transfer to the Client once all payments have been successfully made. Until then, the Service Provider retains full ownership.
Missed Payments:
In the event of a missed or failed payment, all files, designs, and deliverables associated with the project will be revoked, and access to them will be restricted until the payment plan is brought up to date. Failure to make payments may also result in cancellation of the project without a refund.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling can only be made within 5 days from when the appointment has been made. Your purchase is non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed under the aforementioned conditions. Your purchase is valid for 60 days and must be used within that timeframe.
You agreed to the terms and conditions when your booking was made and the agreement is now in progress.
