Systems Consultation :Terms of Service

By booking a 1:1 Systems Support Session with The Alchemy of Design, you agree to the following terms.

Session Fee
The consultation fee of €180 secures your 60-minute session and is required at the time of booking.

Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice using the reschedule link in your confirmation email.
Changes requested within 24 hours of the session will be treated as a late cancellation.

No Shows & Late Cancellations
If you do not attend the scheduled session, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the session fee will be retained and the appointment will be considered completed.

Refunds
Consultation sessions are non-refundable once booked.

Scope of the Session
This session provides strategy, guidance, and troubleshooting related to your business systems and platforms. Larger implementation work or system builds are not included and may be quoted separately if requested.

Client Responsibility
To make the most of the session, clients are responsible for completing the pre-session questionnaire and providing access or relevant information where needed.
