Studio Edit Hours Terms of Service
By booking Studio Edit Hours, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Service Overview
Studio Edit Hours is an hourly support service designed for focused website, systems, email marketing, and creative implementation using your existing business and brand foundations.
This service is intended for refinements, updates, backend support, troubleshooting, and smaller implementation tasks. It does not include full branding projects, custom website builds, large scale redesigns, marketing strategy, or extensive creative development.
Booking & Payment
All Studio Edit Hours must be booked and paid for in advance.
Your booking secures dedicated studio time for your business on the selected date.
All payments are final and non refundable.
Intake Form Requirement
Clients are required to complete the Studio Edit Hours Intake Form before their scheduled booking.
This form must include:
• A clear task list in priority order
• Any required content or assets
• Relevant links and references
• Necessary platform access or permissions
Failure to submit the form before your booked day may result in forfeiture of your scheduled hours without refund.
Scope Of Work
Studio Edit Hours include 2 hours of focused support based on the agreed task list submitted prior to the booking.
Work is completed asynchronously throughout the working day, with agreed tasks delivered by the end of the day where possible.
Studio Edit Hours are based on time, not guaranteed task completion.
If the submitted task list exceeds the booked time allowance, remaining work may:
• Be moved to a future booking
• Require additional studio hours at the current hourly rate
• Be declined if outside the service scope
You will always be informed before any additional hours are added.
Additional Hours
Additional support is available at a rate of €150 per hour.
No additional work will be completed without client approval.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate information and clear instructions
• Supplying all required assets, content, and materials before the booking
• Granting appropriate platform access before the scheduled day
• Maintaining backups of important website or business data where applicable
Delays caused by missing information, inaccessible accounts, or incomplete materials may impact delivery.
Communication
Communication related to Studio Edit Hours is limited to the booked service scope and timeframe.
Ongoing support, additional revisions, or new requests outside the agreed task list may require an additional booking.
Limitation Of Liability
While reasonable care is taken during all implementation work, The Alchemy of Design is not responsible for:
• Third party platform outages or issues
• Existing technical problems within your systems or website
• Loss of data, revenue, or business interruption
• Issues caused by unsupported software, plugins, or integrations
• Client errors or changes made after delivery
Right To Refuse Service
The Alchemy of Design reserves the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue work if:
• Requests fall outside the scope of the service
• Communication becomes inappropriate or abusive
• Required materials or access are not provided
• The project is significantly larger or more complex than initially outlined
