We typically prefer to work with a four-part payment schedule for our projects. To secure your place and ensure that we can honour our commitments to all clients, we require a 25% deposit. Upon completion of the project, the remaining balance must be finalised before we can deliver the finished branding materials. For your convenience, we accept payments through Stripe, Transferwise, and EFT (for EU clients). If you need a bit of extra time to get your project started, we are happy to discuss a more flexible payment plan with you.

We recommend booking your project 2-4 weeks in advance to allow sufficient time for preparation and content collection. During this period, you will receive branding questionnaires and exercises to complete in order to ensure a smooth start to your project.

To facilitate efficient communication and organisation, each client is given access to a personalised portal through the Notion app. This portal serves as a central location for all relevant documents, timelines, and communication related to your project.

If you require expedited service, we may be able to accommodate your request depending on our availability and a rush fee may apply.

I use the One Concept Approach, where I presents a single branding concept to the client and collaborate with them through multiple revision rounds to finalise the design. This method allows me to present the solution to the client's problem. By offering a single concept and refining it through the revision process, I can produce the best possible solution for the client's needs.

Prior to starting the design process, I take the time to fully understand the client's business through extensive research. This enables me to create a strategy that serves as a guide for our collaboration. Using this strategy as a reference, I explore various design options and ultimately choose the most effective one, which I then further develop and refine. Then inturn present as a final concept.
