The Mini Brand

How it works:

1. Book

Choose your date and lock it in with a 50% deposit. Payment plans are available if you need one, just ask.

2. Your Brand Portal

Once you have booked, you will receive instant access to your own personal Notion Portal. This portal includes a laser focused mini-brand brand questionnaire.

We will thoroughly review your questionnaire and inspirations to identify the most effective solution.

3. Collaborate & Create

We’ll connect on a 20-minute strategy call, then I’ll get to work.
I use a one-concept method, pouring all creative energy into a single, refined direction because simplicity is powerful when it’s done well.

Includes two rounds of revisions to make sure it’s right.

4. Launch-Ready Delivery

Following the completion of your mini brand project, you'll have an additional 30 days of messaging support. If any questions arise about the work we've done for you, or if you need guidance on how to best utilise your new branding elements we’re ready to assist you. Once everything is finalised and we have your sign-off, you will receive all the files associated with your project.

    Typographic & Logo Mark

    For our logo design deliverables you'll receive two key components: one typographic logo and one logo mark. We follow the one-concept method, meaning we put all our creative energy into developing one really strong concept for you, then refine it through two rounds of revisions to get it just right.

    A typographic logo is all about the font. It's your brand's name turned into a visual, using unique and striking typography to make it memorable. Think of it as the word-based representation of your brand.

    The logo mark, on the other hand, is a symbol or icon that represents your brand. It's a graphic element that can stand alone, making your brand recognizable even without words.

    We provide a meticulously curated colour palette and font suite, specifically tailored to resonate with your brand's unique character and vision. Our process involves in-depth research and analysis, ensuring that the palette and typography we select align with your brand’s personality.

    Please note that while we strive to select the most effective and striking fonts for your brand, some font choices may require additional licensing fees. Rest assured, we maintain transparency in our process; any potential extra costs for font licenses will be clearly communicated and discussed with you prior to any purchase. This way, you can make informed decisions about the final look and feel of your brand's identity.

    You have the flexibility to choose whether this branded item is a print or digital asset.

    It's important to note that this does not extend to more complex designs like booklet design or items with heavy content. The focus is on simpler, yet impactful items that serve to support and amplify your brand's presence in a straightforward yet effective manner.

    The social media template is a custom-made 9-square grid, perfectly aligned with your brand's new colours and fonts. It's designed to give your social media profiles, like Instagram, a cohesive and professional look that mirrors your brand’s identity.

    To make things easy for you, we've ensured that the template is straightforward to edit and comes with a Canva link. This means you can quickly update your content as needed, without any need for complex design tools or skills.

  • 5. Guideline & Digital Files

    Provided are a comprehensive set of tools and resources to ensure your brand's identity is both accessible and effectively implemented across various platforms.

    Brand Guidelines: This essential document will be your go-to reference for maintaining brand consistency. It includes logos design, colour palette codes and fonts. These guidelines are designed to ensure that your brand's identity is presented cohesively, whether online or in print.

    Print and Digital Files: To cater to all your branding needs, we supply files suitable for both print and digital use. This ensures that your brand's visual elements look perfect whether they are on a business card or a website.

    Helpful Guide for File Usage: Navigating different file formats can be daunting. That's why we include a user-friendly guide explaining what each file type is for and how to use them effectively. This guide is aimed at demystifying file types like PNGs, SVGs, .AI files, and JPGs, so you can confidently use your brand assets in various contexts.

    However, if your needs extend beyond these essentials and you require more comprehensive artwork or a greater variety of brand assets, we can certainly accommodate that. These additional services can be provided for an extra fee. This way, while the core package remains focused and streamlined, there is still room for customisation and expansion to meet your specific branding requirements.

  • We recommend booking your project 1-2 weeks in advance to allow sufficient time for preparation and homework.

    To facilitate efficient communication and organisation, each client is given access to a personalised portal through the Notion app. This portal serves as a central location for all relevant documents, timelines, and communication related to your project.

    If you require expedited service, we may be able to accommodate your request depending on our availability and a rush fee may apply.
